Hi Everyone!  Workouts for Faith Fueled Fitness are starting back up!    And it’s FREE!

Alyssa McCombie will be facilitating these 30 minute workouts.

You will need :
  * Faith: to know you can do this🙂
Weights:Light- Medium – Heavy
       I will post what you will need to bring for each workout
       Some workouts we will need NOTHING except YOU 🙂
